Mandi prices are sourced from government open data and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. AI answers and disease-scan results are generated automatically and can be wrong. Always confirm prices at the mandi and follow the product label and a local agriculture officer's guidance before using any pesticide or fertiliser. FarmEasy India is not liable for decisions made on this information.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share OTPs. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or break these terms.

• FarmEasy India only lets buyers and sellers find each other. We are not a party to any deal and do not handle goods or money between users.
• Post only genuine produce or requirements you are able to fulfil, with honest prices and photos.
• Do not post illegal, misleading or offensive content. We may remove listings and accounts that do.
• Inspect produce and verify the other party before paying. Use the Report button for suspicious listings.

• Paid plans and add-ons give the daily limits shown on the Dashboard for the period stated at purchase. They do not renew automatically.
• When upgrading, unused value of your current plan is credited against the new plan's price.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Plans are digital services that start immediately, so they are generally non-refundable once activated. If you were charged but your plan was not activated, or you were charged twice, email help@farmeasy.org within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. We will activate the plan or refund the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

Do not scrape the site, overload our services, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or use the AI features for anything other than agriculture-related help.
